Tipsy is a beautiful tortoise shell coloured cat. She also has Cerebellar Hypoplasia, her disability is only mild but she will always walk with a tilted head. She’s a little cutie and only likes fuss on her own terms. She also likes pulling off all the clean washing off the clothes airer! 😑More
