Tarkin is as dumb as a post, which makes him a very easy dog 😅 he listens to absolutely everything that's said (as collies do), but has zero independent thought. He first came to us a nervous wreck, who in his first 5/6 month of his life, had only left the house once. Now he's absolutely flourishing!
