Skylar is a 4 year old staffie/boxer mix rescued from the streets of Flint. When she was rescued, she had to have emergency exploratory surgery because she had managed to eat a bunch of plastic, some kind of netting, and a few metal nails! Nowadays, she likes to spend her days learning new tricks (she knows over 50!) and sleeping in the sunshine.
