SemperFi was born deaf and taken from his mom too soon. His first owner gave him to me after a week when she found out he was deaf. Good thing I also had an elderly female yorkie who was willing to mother and nurture him. SemperFi knows a dozen hand signs and is a very happy, playful and loving boy.
