Roscoe is a very goofy but smart, protective dog. Sometimes he takes the protective part a little too seriously🤣 He loves cardboard boxes, traffic cones, leaves and water. He’s very excited and vocal all of the time. He also never turns down a walk or a car ride, unless there’s storm drains involved. Definitely steer clear of storm drains.
