Philo was found at the bottom of Mount Philo in Vermont! A friends parents found him on the side of the road in the rain and scooped him up! He has a scar on his neck where we think an animal tried to pick him up but a bug laid eggs in the wound. He's all cleaned up, happy and healthy. We are so lucky to have him ❤️
