Pepper was neglected and treated very poorly. I got her when she was about 6 years old. She never learned how to play with toys. Her self esteem was low Pepper never lets me inside of her bubble and prefers space. If I got Pepper when she was a baby I know she would have Become a dog that’s not afraid of noises, people etc.More
