He is a special needs rescue kitty, who arrived by police to the Humane Society, after his previous owners died. He has an injured eye, but that doesn’t keep him from playing, purring, and loving life! My other cat, Lulu Flower, is his love interest, but at the moment she is turning him down. Poor Pepe! Lol
