We've had Monet since she was a little kitten whilst also getting her Mum as they didn't want to separate the two of them. She is such a lovely and funny cat and a little bit thick shall we say... she always comes into the house crying for cuddles and attention and once you stroke her even once, she purrs away like crazy.
