Kelvin was addopted at 2 years of age from the rspca. Kelvin had griwn up in shelters and had been addopted twice and returned twice. He can get rowdy and rough , but he also has a loving side. His favourite food is a whole bit of flake to him self. but only from 1 chippery. To say he is Spoilt rotten is an understatement.
