When Howl was rescued he was skin and bones and had no hair around his neck due to chain collar that was kept on too tight. He was skidish but still wanted to be loved so badly. After only a couple of months he learned to trust humans again. Now you can’t stop Howl from playing, running, and talking way too much to his favorite people :)More
