Harriet is the friendliest hermit crab I have. Anyone who has ever owned a hermit crab would tell it’s a bad idea to stick your fingers in their claws, and I would readily agree. But Harriet will let me (only me) stick my fingers in her claws to clean any old food or grit out of them. Her favorite food is gram crackers.
