Dwaw is a gentle male Abyssinian who as a kitten tried to save Mattie in "True Grit" when he heard her cries in the movie after she fell into the rattlesnake pit. He tried valiantly to go around the television to get to her, crying back to her distress. He still cares for us when we're sad or ill just as he did then.
