At about 4 months old we had not heard a single purr out of Dexter. Slightly concerned but with some levity I stated "Well, I guess he just isn't a purrball" Not kidding, less than 2 seconds and the kitten instantly starts loudly purring away and he hasn't stopped. It was such a great sound to hear and one I cherish to this day!
