Charlie was found outside covered in fleas as a stray when he was just a baby. We brought him to the Humane Society to have him fixed and see if he was chipped. When we learned he wasn’t chipped, we adopted him right away. We quickly realized he is deaf, so we’re so grateful we got him off the streets so fast!
