Cecil was rescued as a kitten, almost drowning in a rain storm. Although he was the only surviving member of his litter, Cecil now has many adopted brothers and sisters, and a loving family. Cecil loves giving kisses and getting soft pets, and while he is shy at first he will warm up to anyone who gives him a chance :)More
