Casper was a Rescue. He was always locked in a crate in a basement for 22 hours a day, with hardly any food or water. He was never trained and he would have 30 minutes to run and use the bathroom. We rescued him and he has been the cuddliest dog, and the most obedient. (Sometimes. 😂)More
