Carlos will be 6 years old this year...We adopted Carlos 3.5 yrs ago...I remember saying I don't want a Chihuahua every time his picture popped up on the Oz. Humane Society website. Tim was looking at a puppy in the kennel next to him and Carlos stuck his paw out and pulled Tim's hand toward him....
