Blu is a rescue dog. When we adopted him, he was extremely under weight to the point his head was bigger than his body and has deep lacerations on both legs which indicated that he was not just neglected but tortured. He went from being petrified of everything and everyone to an amazing, loving dog. He is no longer scared of everything or anyone ❤️
