To register for a regional ranking, you simply need to participate in a contest on KingPet.
A button will appear next to your number of votes on your pet's profile and will allow you to indicate your place of residence if it is not already done.
Make sure your address is correct to be ranked in the right region, as you will not be able to change it during the contest, even by changing your place of residence via your account settings.
